First of all, you are asked to arrive at 9:45 a.m., but the activity doesn’t actually start until 10:30 a.m. Then, the guide we had was completely useless apart from driving the boat. No explanations were given about the park at all. He didn’t even come with us into the bat cave. Most importantly, do NOT listen to them: DO NOT BRING SNACKS.
